After spending fifteen years building growth and demand programs for organizations freshly launched to enterprise, Em now works with companies ready for their next stage of growth.
She has worked with multi-million dollar B2B SaaS businesses on global expansions, small businesses in the Pacific Northwest and tech organizations marketing to small businesses. Her sweet spot is organizations in the $10 – $50mm ARR but she loves a good challenge outside of that.
She approaches each engagement with curiosity, asking questions to get to the bottom of the need with growth in mind. This may look like optimizing what is going well for incremental growth or writing a new playbook to go after exponential growth. She is able to look at the big picture and roll up her sleeves to make magic happen.
